    • Once your payment is accepted, we will issue a confirmation, constituting the contract between you and Ease 2 Trip.

  3. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

    • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change prior to booking confirmation.

  4. Cancellations & Amendments

    • All bookings are non-refundable. Please review all tour details carefully before booking.

    • If you wish to amend your booking, a separate amendment fee may apply in addition to any service cost changes.

  5. Service Modifications

    • Ease 2 Trip reserves the right to alter tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, travel restrictions, etc.). No refunds will be provided in such cases.

  6. Health & Travel Requirements

    • Travelers must comply with mandatory travel requirements (e.g., vaccinations, tests, permits) and cover associated costs.

    • Guests with medical conditions (including pregnancy) should consult a physician before booking.

  7. Insurance

    • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover risks such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or personal loss.

    • Ease 2 Trip facilitates the arrangements with third-party vendors. We are not liable for acts or omissions by hotels, transport providers, or other service partners.
